Long Range Forecast: 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part I' and 'Happy Feet 2'
Featured Stories - on September 24, 2011 by Phil Contrino
We've added The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part I and Happy Feet 2 to our Long Range Forecast this week. Both films are set to open on November 18.
Summit's Twilight Saga is coming to an end starting in November, and hysteria is bound to reach an all-time high as a result. While some fans may have outgrown the series, they've likely been replaced by younger enthusiasts. This one is going to be a juggernaut at the box office.
Happy Feet 2 comes five years after the original. That's something of a risky time span, but it shouldn't hurt the sequel all that much. Happy Feet made $384.3 million worldwide so there's plenty of enthusiasm to go around.
