BOX OFFICE: Eros Releases Slow Down In North America

A crop of releases from Eros started to lose momentum in North America during the November 2-4 frame.
Chakravyuh added another $14,783 from 79 locations for a North American cume of $145,499 after four weeks in theaters. That represents an 85% decline from Oct. 26-28.
Student of the Year grabbed $49,885 from 106 locations--a 62% decline from last weekend. The North American cume is a healthy $634,478 after five weeks.
English Vinglish took in $34,575 from 88 locations for a very impressive total of $1,829,442 in North America after nine weeks of release. English Vinglish suffered a 51% drop from last weekend.
The biggest North American hit for Eros in 2012 is still January's Agneepath with $1,986,748.
