IMAX® AND WARNER BROS. SIGN 20-PICTURE DEAL, EXTEND LONG-RUNNING PARTNERSHIP on November 15, 2012
LOS ANGELES -- IMAX Corporation (NYSE: IMAX; TSX: IMX) and Warner Bros. Pictures, a division of Time Warner Inc. (NYSE: TWX), today announced that they have agreed to release up to 20 Warner Bros. films in the immersive IMAX Experience® over the next three years, in an extension of the core partnership that began in 2003. The arrangement will continue to align the worldwide box office power of Warner Bros.' tent-pole film business with the fast-growing global popularity of The IMAX Experience, providing the studio with an additional, differentiated platform that consistently delivers the best experience in cinema and strong returns for studios and exhibitors.
The arrangement also underscores the excitement around Warner Bros.' upcoming slate, which includes many of the most anticipated movie-event titles emerging from Hollywood over the next few years. Warner Bros. titles to be released for 2013 include: Jack the Giant Slayer (March 1, 2013); Man of Steel (June 14, 2013); Pacific Rim (July 12, 2013); 300: Rise of an Empire (August 2, 2013); Gravity; Seventh Son (October 18, 2013); The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug (December 13, 2013).

REGAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP ADDS SHOWS TO KEEP 'TWILIGHT' TICKETS AVAILABLE on November 14, 2012
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC), a leading motion picture exhibitor owning and operating the largest theater circuit in the United States, announced that advance ticket sales for "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" have surpassed last year's advance sales at Regal for "Breaking Dawn - Part 1." Regal's Twilight Saga Marathon is also a very popular ticket at only $15 for admission to all five movies in the series.
"The response has been nothing short of phenomenal for Regal's advance ticket sales to Twilight. In some locations we have sold out more than a dozen auditoriums for the premiere, but managers keep adding additional auditoriums and showtimes to accommodate every eager Twilight fan," stated Ken Thewes, Chief Marketing Officer of Regal Entertainment Group. Regal's Twilight Saga Marathon will be held at 450 theatres across the country. The marathon begins at 11:25 AM on November 15. Admission for Regal Crown Club members is only $15 for all five movies including the 10 PM premiere of "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2." Those attending the marathon receive a collectible lanyard to commemorate the event, while supplies last. And for the ultimate fan, Regal is selling a Twilight movie gift card just in time for the holidays.

Los Angeles, CA -- Cinedigm Entertainment Group, a division of Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp. (NASDAQ: CIDM), has acquired North American distribution rights to writer-director Geoffrey Fletcher's VIOLET & DAISY, which world premiered at the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival. Fletcher recently earned the Cinevation Award for his work on VIOLET & DAISY at the 2012 Savannah Film Festival. Cinedigm's theatrical distribution will commence in 2013, with subsequent roll out across on-demand, digital and DVD.
VIOLET & DAISY stars Saoirse Ronan (HANNA) and Alexis Bledel (GILMORE GIRLS) as two young, pop culture-obsessed assassins in New York City who accept what they think will be a quick and easy job until an unexpected target, played by James Gandolfini, throws their plan into chaos. The film, described by The Hollywood Reporter as "a surreal fable," is Oscar®-winning screenwriter (PRECIOUS: BASED ON THE NOVEL PUSH BY SAPPHIRE) Geoffrey Fletcher's directorial debut. The film is produced by Geoffrey Fletcher, John Penotti, and Bonnie Timmermann.
