FANDANGO ACHIEVES BEST QUARTER IN COMPANY HISTORY on July 03, 2012

LOS ANGELES, CA -- Fandango, the nation's leading moviegoer destination, announced today that it achieved the company's best quarter in its 12-year history, with a 28% year-over-year surge in second quarter ticket sales, a 26% year-over-year increase in second quarter traffic, and its highest number of mobile tickets sold in one quarter, with mobile purchases up 107% year-over-year.

"Fandango has truly become the way today's film fans get to the movies, and our consecutive record-setting quarters are a testament to that," said Rick Butler, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Fandango. "Our growing traffic and spike in mobile ticket sales have been driven by our unsurpassed theater and portal reach-along with our mobile product innovations, exclusive celebrity interviews and trailer debuts, as well as our ability to guarantee seats for the summer's most anticipated movies.'"

The second quarter of 2012 was marked by new distribution deals with both AOL's Moviefone and Microsoft's MSN in addition to record-setting ticket sales for "The Avengers." This comes on the heels of first quarter's distribution deal with Yahoo!, as well as AMC Theatres and Regency Theatres, and a long-term renewal with Carmike Cinemas.

The company continues to lead in mobile, with 27% of Fandango's ticket sales deriving from its mobile site and apps. Fandango's apps have been downloaded 25 million times, with mobile downloads up 49% year-over-year.

Fandango also launched an enormously popular Facebook Timeline app dubbed "Movies with Friends," (http://www.fandango.com/movies-with-friends) which provides a variety of new social tools that allow Fandango friends to share their moviegoing activities in real time.

Additionally, Fandango and Telemundo recently announced the launch of Fandango Ciné, a bilingual destination for Hispanic moviegoers, which is scheduled to debut by the year end.
