Legendary actor Karl Malden died in his Brentwood, Los Angeles home on Wednesday at the age of 97.
Malden won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his performance in A Streetcar Named Desire, and he was also best known for his roles in Patton, On the Waterfornt and television's The Streets of San Francisco.
Malden's last major film role was in 1987's Nuts, opposite Barbara Streisand and Richard Dreyfuss.
