In a move designed to help his One Race production company reach a global audience, Vin Diesel has hired former Universal exec David Ortiz.
Before Fast & Furious opened earlier this year to the tune of $70.9 million, Diesel was on a cold streak. Babylon A.D. and Find Me Guilty both failed to catch on with mainstream audiences.
A fifth installment in the
Fast & Furious
series is in development, and Diesel will also appear in a new
xXx
film.
