'20,000 Leagues' Stalls

Disney has put a planned version of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea on hold . The project was set to be directed by McG.

McG will instead focus on Dead Spy Running, a new drama being written by Oscar-winning scribe Stephen Gaghan ( Traffic ). The director's last effort was Terminator Salvation, which disappointed at the domestic box office before raking in $220.6 million abroad.
