New York, NY and Chicago, IL- NCM Media Networks, a leading integrated media company reaching U.S. consumers in movie theaters, online and through mobile technology, is expanding its marketing partnerships team in Chicago.

Leading the new marketing partnerships Chicago team will be Stuart Walker, who has been promoted to senior vice president of marketing partnerships. In this new role, Walker will be responsible for new business development as well as partnering with NCM's clients across diverse categories to help brands make the most impactful use of cinema advertising on-screen, on-site, on-line and on mobile devices. He will continue to report to Bennett Fogel, NCM's executive vice president of sales and marketing partnerships, in New York.

Walker joined NCM in 2012 as vice president of marketing partnerships after more than a decade as vice president, client development group at Univision Communications, where he worked with major advertisers primarily at the client level. He was instrumental during his tenure at Univision in selling the value of the Hispanic consumer market and developing lucrative partnerships for the company. His responsibilities included integrating all Univision assets, concentrating in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail and Restaurant categories. Before Univision, Walker spent 13 years at Sony Pictures Entertainment as vice president of syndication sales, overseeing the Midwest region and the distribution of all Columbia TriStar Television off-network and first run television programming. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Walker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Business.

Stella Barrett, a seven-year veteran of NCM's national sales team, will now report to Walker in the new role of marketing partnerships account director. Barrett joined NCM as an account director in 2006 from Parade magazine, where she had served as an account executive. Her past experience also includes work as a media and events manager for Ace Hardware, and as an associate media director at Eisamen, Johns and Laws. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Loyola University Chicago and a Master's degree in Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University.
