Spike Lee is looking to direct Nagasaki Deadline, a new thriller about an FBI agent who attempts to stop two terrorist attacks on the East Coast.

Obviously Lee is not one to shy away from controversy, and this is certainly a topic that's bound to cause plenty of that. Whether or not mainstream audiences will want to show up to theaters to watch something that they see too often on the news is the main concern.

Lee proved that he can do thrillers quite well with 2006's Inside Man, so it'll be interesting to see what he'll be able to do with a terrorist story.

Kevin Spacey will star opposite Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell, Jamie Foxx, Jason Bateman, Jason Sudiekis and Charlie Day in Horrible Bosses, a workplace murder comedy that begins filming next month.

Spacey's career has suffered through a couple of duds recently, so a scene-stealing supporting turn in a comedy could help turn things around for him.

Disney is estimating that Toy Story 3 brought in $36.1 million this weekend in 32 countries representing 35 percent of the market, pushing its worldwide cume to $326.6 million.

The animated flick grabbed $6.2 million during its first weekend in Australia, which marks the third largest animated debut in that country.

With Guillermo del Toro recently leaving the director's chair on the film adaptation of The Hobbit, Peter Jackson is in negotiations to take over directing duties. The two films will be shot consecutively.

David Yates (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollow Part I & II) and Neill Blomkamp (District 9) were two names thrown around as possible replacements, but the hope among fans of the franchise has been that Jackson would return.
