Warner Bros. has canceled plans to release Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I in 3D. The studio said in an official statement, ""Despite everyone's best efforts, we were unable to convert the film in its entirety and meet the highest standards of quality. We do not want to disappoint fans who have long-anticipated the conclusion of this extraordinary journey."

Komen For the Cure®. During the month of October, concession counters at all Muvico Theaters locations nationwide will feature the Pink Popcorn Tub as a menu option to moviegoers. Each time a purchase of the pink tub is made, Muvico Entertainment will donate 50 cents to the Susan G. Komen Foundation to assist in breast cancer research. Additionally, all patrons who purchase the Pink Popcorn tub will receive free refills as a "thank you" for their part in helping to raise funds for such a worthy cause.
