Okay, I know we're all of us -- be we white, black, male, female, gay, straight, or whatever -- atingle with anticipation over the forthcoming 3D remake of Journey to the Center of the Earth starring Brendan Fraser (coming to a Hell Octaplex near you on July 11th!). But I can't help feeling down to my very soul that, splendid as it may be, it will ultimately pale by comparison to a certain piece of vintage cinematic mishegass -- to wit, the incredible The Lost Continent.
